Some of my focus areas include corporate and partnership taxation, international tax, M&A transaction advisory, transfer pricing, state and local tax, R&D credit, and compensation planning. I work with companies in the technology, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, retail and consumer goods, cannabis, and cryptocurrency industries.

Prior to joining MGO, I worked at a major regional accounting firm and several boutique firms, where I gained the knowledge and experience in global supply chain planning, IP strategy, and multistate structuring.
