Some of the industries I serve include software, technology, consumer products, and media and entertainment.
Some of my areas of focus are financial statement audits and risk management, regulatory compliance, business process redesign, and financial reporting and analysis. I have managed U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC accounting and financial reporting engagements, public offerings, and debt and equity financing—as well as joint venture, investments, and complex revenue arrangements. I advise my clients through IPO and reverse merger filings, interfacing extensively with investment bankers and attorneys to provide the best value to you.
Prior to joining MGO, I worked at an international accounting firm based in Los Angeles.
