In addition, I have a large assurance-based practice, providing audits, reviews, compilations, due diligence assignments to middle-market companies in many different industries, including manufacturing and distribution, wholesale, professional services, healthcare, retail, and real estate. I also bring in the resources of our firm to strategize tax saving opportunities of all kinds. I pride myself on playing a central role in developing effective business strategies, exit strategies, and merger and acquisition transactions that allow you to achieve significant growth, wealth, and profitability.
Before joining MGO, I was one of the founders of Nussbaum, Berg, Klein & Wolpow, CPAs LLP, which merged with MGO in July 2022.
